Brookfield Residential recently celebrated the successful grand opening of Bradford Landing, Silver Spring’s newest community and its best new home value.

With the unveiling of the Aurora townhome model, home shoppers previewed the spacious, modern designs that are the trademark of every home at Bradford’s Landing. They experienced Brookfield’s Smart Home technology, the result of an innovative collaboration with Amazon and its voice-enabled automation through Amazon Alexa.

Bradford’s Landing is primarily a luxury townhome community. Three-level homes feature up to four bedrooms and start from the $400’s. A small number of single-family homes are expected to sell quickly. The single-family homes include up to five bedrooms and start from the upper $500’s.

“The positive response for Bradford’s Landing has been overwhelming,” Brookfield Residential Marketing Manager Erin Smith said. “It’s a great location, right in the heart of Montgomery County. These exceptional home designs really are the best value in Silver Spring (Maryland).”

Bradford’s Landing is close to the ICC and a short drive from Glenmont Metro Station, connecting residents to the best of Montgomery County and the entire Washington, D.C., area.

“We’re still celebrating, so special grand opening pricing is available for a limited time,” Smith said. “Now is the perfect time to come find your home at Bradford’s Landing.”

Brookfield Residential Properties, Inc., opened its Washington, D.C., division in 1984. Offering an array of home styles, including single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and active-adult residences, Brookfield Residential understands how families live today.
